there's been a lot of talk about chickens lately.  chicken soup, chook nooks, $4 must buys.  chicken seems to be an essential in our day to day lives.  whether it is a love of the live chook or of the taste of the succulant roasted, toasted, chilled or grilled white meat they seem to be a positive experience overall.  so why the insult?
